Many people say Christianity is about Christ, not religion. In one way they are right becuause religion cannot save you from sin. However, be mindful that Christ did found an assembly of believers. (he noted at this in Matthew 16: 18-19) and it is noted again throughout the Epistles, especially in Ephesians 2:20 and 1 Timothy 3:15. In I Corinthians, Paul calls the "church" the Body of Christ, saying "Ye are the body of Christ."
For those who insist that Christianity is not and should not be included in "oragnized religion", this is very ignorant of both the Bible and of the Early Christian Church. You can choose to ignore that Christ began Christianity and organized it around his apostles- or acknowlege it and move on.You are right to focus on Christ and not religion but don't get too wayward about it.
I believe Paul speaks of keeping traditions "whether by our word or by our epistles" in 2 Thessalonians:
"Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.” - 2 Thessalonians 2:14-15
“Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.” – 2 Thessalonians 3:6
More words of Paul: "Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ. Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you.” - 1 Corinthians 11:1-2
I chose Christ a year ago, a church happened to lead me to him, I never looked back. A church's job is to lead people to Christ as he told his apostles to "go forth and teach alll nations" A church cannot save you, but only tell you WHO can save you. Better?
More elaboration. Matthew 16:18 :"And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build *my church*; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Ephesians 4:4-5 :"There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, *one faith*, one baptism
Ephesians 5: 23-25 :"For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of *the church*: and he is the saviour of the body.
Therefore as *the church* is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. Husbands, love your wives, even *as Christ also loved the church*, and gave himself for it."
--- -this is why the Christian Church is often called the "Bride of Christ"
1 Timothy 3:15 :"But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the *house of God*, which is the *church of the living God*, the pillar and ground of the truth."
This is just a small collection of Bible verses implying that Christ indeed founded a "church" as to its organization, one only has to read to Book of Acts and some of the later Epistles to see the church's apostloic and episcopal structure.

With all the order in the expanse of the universe down to the smallest atom....it only makes sense that God would be organized when it comes to religion. You are exactly right, all of these scriptures you sited testify of this as well.
